An amazing place! very nice houses. a unique external garden... I have had the opportunity to go to work in various massage services. I love coming here. they have to visit. They will spend an incredible vacation. It is very close to the town.
Love this place. Beautiful, safe, clean, and more than enough space for our family of 4. The pool is perfect to cool down and relax in peace after a long day being a tourist. I will definitely stay here again if I come back to Tulum and highly recommend it to others.

Beautiful place to stay at, great for big groups. We didnt have water for a couple days but they came and fixed it. We had to use one room in the second part of the villa. The swings were nice and each shower was big and roomy. The beds were ok and the pillows were fluffy. I would stay here again.
The house (#8) where we stayed was great (with a dream swimming pool in a lush garden) and the decor was amazing, but I stayed in a room that was placed outside the house and that smelled humid. The closet and drawer were damaged. There are mosquitos that did not let me sleep during two nights. I also asked the person in charge (an Italian man) to please bring a chair to my room so that I can work and he decided that it was better if I worked in the living room and put a chair and a table there. Thus I had to carried myself the chair and table passing through the pool that has a very slippery floor when wet. In addition, The house is not for small children. We brought a 1.7 year old boy. They could have warmed us that the stairs do lot have railings, the floor around the swimming pool is extremely slippery, the terrace is full of glass walls, and the ceramic decorations (that are everywhere) are breakable. The kitchen has the basics with no water dispenser that could have made our lives easier. An electric kettle was also needed.

This villa was nice. We really enjoyed the chefs, which were amazing. The food was delicious, and their service was beyond extraordinary!! The pool was cool too when it didn't rain; however, the cleaning people came everyday to clean it and make sure it was suitable for us to get in. The only con was this black cat that kept coming to chill on our lounge chairs, and that chased some of the girls when we came back one night...lol.
Beautiful villas located in a gated off area. We had our own pool with the master bedroom overlooking the pool. The villa was extremely clean and Miguel met us there to let us in and show us around. The only downside was there was construction going on, but there is construction goin on all over Tulum. There was construction at our last villa too. You can't really avoid it.
